What is Social Emotional Learning (SEL)
Social Emotional Learning is the process through which child develop and apply the knowledge, attitude, self-awareness, self-control, and interpersonal skills that are vital for school, work and life success. Children with strong social emotional skills are better able to cope with everyday challenges, manage emotions, feel and show empathy for other, establish and maintain positive relationships and make responsible decisions.
