What is your vision as an educator?

Education is the catalyst to a successful mind. It opens pathways to endless opportunities where wonder and exploration thrive. I look at education as children's funhouse to explore all that their minds can possibly wonder. My passion has always been to build the whole child. I believe it is our duty to create a space for children to feel comfortable growing their minds; a space where children believe they can achieve and feel comfortable enough to make the many mistakes before they do. My vision as an educator is to focus on character development and instilling the mentality of yet, so they never stop trying. As my favorite saying goes, "work hard, play hard". And while they are learning and growing with bumps and bruises along the way, they'll remember the fun, laughs, high fives and praises of perseverance that will take them on to another day.
