Candie Russell earned her Masters Degree in Special Education from the College of Mount Saint Vincent.  
She also received a Bachelors Degree in Studio Art from Queens College and an Associates Degree in 
Art & Advertising Design from New York City Technical College.  She has been an Art Teacher for 25 years. 
She has been fortunate enough to work at Joseph A. McNeil for most of her career.  Before teaching on the
elementary level, she also taught middle school for 5 years in the NYC public school system in Crown Heights
Brooklyn.
