School Improvement Plans

Driving Academic Excellence and Equity Through Strategic Planning

At Hempstead Union Free School District, our commitment to scholar achievement is guided by thoughtful planning, data-driven decision-making, and community collaboration. Each school develops a School Improvement Plan (SIP) to outline strategic goals, action steps, and measurable outcomes aimed at improving teaching and learning for all scholars.

School Improvement Plans serve as roadmaps for academic success, focusing on raising student achievement, supporting effective instruction, closing opportunity gaps, and ensuring alignment with state and federal accountability standards.
