Federal Programs

  • Our Mission
Provide leadership to align state and federal program requirements with the district's strategic plan to maximize student achievement.

    Our Purpose
To ensure that all children have a fair, equal, and significant opportunity to obtain a high-quality education and reach, at a minimum, proficiency on challenging state academic achievement standards and assessments. Title I, Part A provides federal dollars to help supplement educational opportunities for children who live in high poverty areas who are most at risk of failing to meet state's challenging achievement standards.

    About Federal Programs

Title III, A             Language Instruction for Immigrant Students

Title IV, Part A    Student Support and Academic Enrichment

Through a consolidated planning approach, the district uses federal dollars to assist schools in providing a quality education for every child.  These federal dollars support efforts such as effective programming, professional development, parent/community involvement, and the provision of a safe, orderly climate conducive to our teachers teaching and our students learning.
