NYSSMA Information

NYSSMA SPRING FESTIVAL 2025

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: March 6, 2025

 

The New York State School Music Association (“NYSSMA”) Festival is a performance venue that allows students to be assessed by an NYSSMA-certified adjudicator on solo or ensemble music they have prepared.  Music must be chosen from the NYSSMA Manual XXXIII, dated July 2022. Please consult your music teacher regarding the music selection and completion of the bottom of this form.

·         Original sheet music must be purchased in advance. Photocopies are not permitted at NYSSMA.

·         Students will be registered after the school music teacher receives the completed registration form. 

·         Please submit a separate form for each adjudication.

·         Parents / Guardians will be responsible for their child's transportation to the festival.

·         Time preferences are not guaranteed.
