I'm excited to introduce myself as Audrey Gottlieb, the new Director of Adult Education in the Hempstead community! The revitalization of our community is closely linked to the Adult and Community Education Program, which empowers residents aged 21 and over with essential literacy skills. These skills help individuals create positive outcomes for themselves and their families.

Our program is designed to meet the educational and employment needs of Hempstead residents. We offer a variety of traditional literacy classes, including ESOL, GED, ABE, and Citizenship, along with valuable information and support services at various locations throughout the community.

I am committed to bringing new programs to enhance our offerings. Be sure to check this page regularly for updates.  Great things ahead!
