Welcome to the new school year at David Paterson Elementary School!  This is my 14th year teaching at DPS, but my 25th year teaching in the Hempstead School District.  I am a proud graduate of the district and have many pleasant memories as a student and teacher.  This year, I will be the general education teacher in the fifth grade inclusion class.  Although school may seem very different from last year this time, let's still look looking forward to a safe and wonderful year.
